| Charlotte Iola Field, Class of 1977
Following her graduation, Charlotte Field, went on to obtain
a Master’s of Business Administration degree from
Fairleigh Dickinson University and then complete both the
INSEAD Executive Management Program and Harvard’s
Advanced Management Program. Her career began with AT&T
Bell Laboratories where she worked for several years developing
new technologies in audio/video and fiber optics. Charlotte
then became involved in management and assumed responsibility
for the implementation of the first long haul fiber optic
system in the United States. Charlotte is a member of the
University of Colorado Engineering Advisory Council and
the Michigan Technological University Presidential Council
of Alumnae.
