Cindy Anderson graduated from Michigan Tech in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. She later received a MS in Engineering Management in 1988 from Santa Clara University.
Teo A. Babun Class of 1972
Teo A. Babun Jr. graduated from Michigan Tech in 1972 with bachelor’s degrees in both electrical engineering and business engineering administration. He later received a PhD from Vision International University.
Paul K. Goethe Class of 1949
Paul K. Goethe received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Tech in 1949. He continued his education through Westinghouse’s advanced degree programs conducted by the University of Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania State University.
Townsend H. Porter Class of 1968
Townsend H. Porter received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Tech in 1968.
Porter spent 27 years at IBM and patented the mechanics inside of the 3-1/2-inch floppy disk that became the industry standard.

Tim Arthur Williams received a bachelor’s degree from Michigan Tech in 1976. He earned an MS in 1982, a PhD in 1985 and an MBA in 1991, all from the University of Texas in Austin.
